Give your practice the edge with our new Express 36-hour turnaround treatment options and boost your profit with our value-added highly aesthetic private quality restorations at the keenest price. For a modest fee upgrade to our Priority 24-hour service and give your patients quicker treatment completion than any other practice in your area.
How can we deliver such high quality in such a short time at this price whilst still manufacturing in the UK? By automating part of the manufacturing process and hand finishing by our team of Master Technicians.
The unsurpassed quality of marginal fit we deliver is achieved using laser scanning and high-tech CAD-CAM mass-manufacturing technology. With this level of accuracy you can be confident your restoration will fit perfectly first time, every time saving you significant effort and freeing you up to focus on the clinical rather than the technical.
By manufacturing on site and using our express door-to-door couriers we can turn around lab work in an unprecedented time frame, but we know the only way to get a truly natural result is from within, which is why we use multi-layered hand build up and don't use surface staining for primary characterisation.
Contact one of our team (quoting your Denplan & GDC registration numbers) for more information on this innovative, highly competitive and exclusive offer to Denplan clinicians, and take your practice and patients to the next level in restorative dentistry.
We win the prestigious NTI Emerging Technologies Award for the results of our revolutionary Daedalus Project which merges computed patient tomography and laser scan data to give a composite 3-dimensional image which we use to design and manufacture a new smile for patients in under 2 hours using rapid prototyping and the latest CAD-CAM technology.

Organised by the NTI Creative Industries Centre for Knowledge Exchange, a partnership between De Montfort University and the University of Derby, the competition was open to local companies who could show how they are harnessing new technology to improve their business and/or raise the region's profile.
Our award was made for the best individual or organisation harnessing emerging technologies in the most innovative or creative way. This competition was targeted at individuals or organisations using technology to drive new business, new efficiencies, new forms of communication or new forms of artistic expression.

We win the prestigious EMDA Medilink New Technology Award for the results of our revolutionary Daedalus Project.

The project uses bespoke CAD to model and design a new smile for the patient, before exporting to 3 separate CAM manufacturing processes, which we have developed and applied as follows:
1. Subtractive milling of solid titanium
2. Investment casting of photopolymer models
3. Investment casting of wax jet models
The resultant frameworks are then hand-veneered with special ceramics to give a premier private quality yet cost-effective restoration.

CAD-CAM milling launched in the UK on our stand at the BDTA Dentistry 2000 Exhibition at the NEC. We produce the first glass fibre polyamide (DC-Tell®), Titanium (DC-Titan®), In-Ceram® Alumina and Zirconia copings which are both scanned and milled in the UK. We are the first lab in the UK to promote titanium as a cost effective alternative to palladium based alloys. This lightweight yet extremely strong metal is biocompatible (giving osso-integration), x-ray translucent, and has thermal conduction properties making it eminently suitable for bonded work. We also demonstrate CAD-CAM milling on our stand at the BDTA London Dental Showcase Exhibition at Olympia in October.
Mr. EJ. and Mr. J.L. Attenborough represent the Company at Brush Expo 2000 in Luxembourg and Interbrossa 2000 in Freiburg.
